myGrain Solutions respects your Privacy. myGrain Solutions and its affilliates (“myGrain”, “i-paddock” or the “Company”) offer goods and services to users and owners including the range of i-paddock machinery, i-paddock apps, and/or other web based services including the website www.ipaddock.com.au (collectively referred to as “the Services”).

Your use of the Goods and Services, and participation in any programs or activities coordinated by i-paddock, is subject to the Terms of Use, EULA, Copyright and this Privacy Policy and indicates your consent to them.

In the course of using the Services some data may be stored in Cloud based services including for the purpose of syncing your data to other devices. Data may also be stored in order to allow myGrain to monitor the performance of the Services, provide new Services, and make changes to the functionality if required to improve the accuracy or other performance aspects for users.

myGrain also utilises a number of third party service providers in the course of its business such as Twitter, Facebook, Apple, Google and other Cloud based services whereby information may be exchanged for the purpose of providing services, performing transactions and engagement with you.

If you engage with our Services, promotions and/or social media we may from time to time collect personal information relevant to that interaction. This information may be used to analyse the promotion or identify how people use the Services.
